1). Leather Biker
Almost every cool girl has one of these in her closet. Its a versatile staple that will never go out of style but the way we’re wearing them this season pushes the normal boundaries. Pair with a floral top, a super feminine dress or a frilly skirt for the perfect combo of grit & glam.
2). Sequined Bomber
The bomber is the perfect mix of sport and glam and is so fun and playful without being too polished. And now you can pull off a full-look-sequin outfit in the daylight hours and not have to save the glitz for New Years or holidays (why save the good china?!). Bring sequins into your daywear for a modern look with this sequin jacket or go for a sequin maxi skirt!
3). Colorful Fur or Metallic
This season, we’re all about adding spice. We are taking the bold color furs off the runway and putting them right where they belong, in our closets. Typically we are used to seeing brown/black furs, now we’ve adding some fun contrast to the darker hues we regularly see…any color goes! Oh, and if you like this metallic touch, get ready to see lots of shiny things from pants, tops, to floor length skirts and jackets during the daytime throughout the cold season! This season is all about FUN!
4). Oversized Boyfriend Coat
We borrowed this masculine silhouette from the boys, oversized jackets with sloping shoulders and elongated sleeves. Sometimes the adage “the bigger the better” isn’t always the case, but this Fall, when investing in a new jacket, the saying is right on the money. Keep in mind your proportions, don’t wear the coat with anything too oversized underneath, skirts or dresses. We want it to still be chic and not hobo-esque.
