About Me

“Our body believes what we tell it”

Hi! I’m Merideth, a New York City gal byway of a pretty small country town in Western Massachusetts. A professional wardrobe stylist turned content creator after realizing the immense need and calling to represent women who were my size and shape. It changed the course of my life, forever!

Like many young girls, I grew up seeing only one type of body represented in magazines and on TV – tall and thin. I was neither – I certainly thought something was wrong with my body. Society had this tricky way of conditioning me to hate my curves, hide my cellulite, and lose weight and be small at all costs. Luckily for me, it didn’t last very long. I finally was able to take back control of my mind and the way I looked at myself and my body. I learned to love it, in all its beauty and realized that I don’t have to be smaller to look good in clothes.

“We have to shift our perspective on how we think about our bodies. It is possible to change it from negative to positive”

Then I enter the modeling world. I was cancelled from gigs I was booked for after sending my sizes, being “mean girled” and excluded by plus size models for not being big enough, but was not small enough to book the fashion gigs. I genuinely didn’t feel like I belonged anywhere. So I decided to create a space for myself and come to find out, I was building a community for millions of other women as well!

I always say, when we pass on and look down from Heaven (or wherever your afterlife takes you), we would be SO mad we wasted SO much precious time hating ourselves and our bodies. Life literally doesn’t have to be like this!! So I’m on the quest to help empower you to change the way we think! Who knows if our culture will ever change, all I know is that I want to leave a mark and help make women love themselves a little bit more. This is a space that I hope will inspire you to live a much more joyful life in your bodies. You deserve it!
