Fall Denim Try On w/ Abercrombie & Fitche

You know that one pair of jeans that just gets you? The ones that fit perfectly [the waist, the hips, the thighs AND butt], make you feel amazing, and somehow work with everything? Well, mine happens to be from the Abercrombie’s Curve Love line, and honestly, they’ve ruined me for all other denim. For real though! Nothing as good compares.

So when I realized that F…all (the season I’m currently pretending doesn’t exist) is quickly approaching, I knew I wanted to help us find some new denim from the place that has designed my most favorite denim to date!! They have styles I’ve never tried before, which is super exciitng!

The Curve Love line is specifically designed for curvier body types [like mine!], which sounds amazing in theory. The brand has taken in the waist and let out a bit in the hips, perfect for those who have smaller waits and bigger butts [hallelujah!!]. I constantly wonder why all brands don’t design a line exactly like this! However, we all know that trying on jeans can be hit or miss, even if you’ve found your favorite pair from there. The consistency is generally wonky and as someone with curves who’s experienced the highs and lows [let’s be honest, mostly lows] of jean shopping across different brands, I was cautiously optimistic trying A&F’s new denim. I’m always prepared for some f*** s***.

So come along, as I show you the realities of trying to find jeans that work. Some pairs had me doing the happy dance, others had me questioning my life choices. You’ll see the good, the bad, and the ugly…which brings me back to the point of wondering why the curve love line isn’t more consistent with fit across the board. You’d think they’d take the same pattern and use it for every style but NOPE. Abercrombie – I’d like to call a meeting with you!!!

Come see which pairs made the cut and which ones are going back!
