Not Your Average Black Basics
Black never goes out of style, and even though I rarely wear it, I’ve taken the color everyone wears in NYC and put a little spin on it.
The LBD t-shirt dress can be worn in so many ways and all year round. I’ve taken the easy on/easy off, dress up/dress down, light and airy dress and tied a side knot. I paired it with over the knee black boots and a statement silver metallic jacket. I’d also style it with a pair of sneakers and fur vest.
If you love to experiment, this floral lace sleeveless button up is made for you. I chose to layer this statement piece over a basic white tee and leather shorts with a great boot. I’d also style it buttoned up with a cami underneath and some jeans. A very versatile and unique piece, you’ll want to closet this and not let go.
Ready to get jazzed up? Velvet is the IT thing this season and so is this decadent vibe velvet bomber. Spice up any ole boring outfit with this rock and glam jacket. I layered it over a sequin top and black jeans for the not so boring monochromatic look. I’d also layer over a basic tee and sneaks for a cool yet sophisticated look.
Florals For Fall
Floral everything is big trend this Fall. If you’ve looked at your grandma’s vintage couch or your aunts floral drapes, designers have taken the same patterns and applied them to dresses and blouses this season. A seamless transition from Summer to Fall, the prints are wearable and runway approved. Nothing like a floral dress or top to brighten up any gloomy day!
