Every year, my mom asks for a Christmas list from her three adult children. I love how excited she gets about the holiday season. It must have rubbed off on me because it’s my favorite time of year! I have suggested to her the in the past things she might be able to get my siblings, they are slightly easier to shop for. For example I told her to think of something personalised last year, this is always a win for anyone because it shows you have put thought behind the gift. We looked online and we found things like keychains, canvases, aprons. We even found a custom photo moon lamp which I thought would be such a good idea for one of my siblings as when we were younger she used to tell us she loved us ‘to the moon and back’. It’s even better when it has your own photo on it too, much more special. However, she hates shopping for me because I am such a pain. I sometimes struggle coming up with a list for her. I want useful things, stylish things and things I need. And some things that I don’t want to spend my own money on!!
Speaking of something stylish, it reminds me that I had seen some personalized keychains and necklaces (which in German, is called personalisierte Foto Halskette) online, and have had my eyes on them ever since. I am still considering whether I should ask my siblings to get one for me, or to get it for myself as an early Christmas gift! Or maybe a gold necklace with initial pendant? The idea sounds cool and might look really stylish for everyday wear!
Nevertheless, I figured that everyone could use some Christmas gift ideas, so I’ve come up with some ideas that should spark ideas and/or make your shopping a bit easier. Find something for him, for her, for the kids, and for the home. There’s something for everyone!
