I decided to get an array of items. Elegant PJs that will never go out of style, a set with bows so I can be wrapped up on my birthday, a purple babydoll everyone should have, a sexy black lace set and an amazing emerald bathrobe! There’s nothing like walking around my apartment in feel good items and lingerie that really help boost my confidence and mood. I feel like all of these things help my mental health. It helps me love the skin I’m in! I used to shy away from seeing myself naked or in pretty lingerie. But, oh, is it not the best thing I’ve ever worked through!!
We are all shaped and sized differently and we’re all deserving of wearing all the pretty things that make us feel beautiful and help boost our self love and confidence. That’s what this is all about! So, this next year on your birthday, show yourself some love by getting a fancy piece of lingerie, a fancy bathrobe or a nice set or PJs. Celebrate yourself! And if this year (ahem, 2020) showed us anything, we know that life is wayyy too short. Don’t waste another minute not loving on YOU! x
